Cookie Policy

Last updated: June 2026

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or mobile device when you visit it. In this way, the website remembers your actions and preferences for a period of time, so that you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit the site or browse its pages.

Does the website www.agroq.gr use cookies?

Our website is designed to respect your privacy and to operate without tracking cookies. Specifically:

  • We do not use advertising or targeting cookies.
  • We do not use social-media cookies. The links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are simple hyperlinks and do not place cookies on your device.
  • We do not use cookies for statistics. To measure traffic we use a privacy-friendly statistics service that collects only anonymous, aggregated information (such as the number of visits per page), without setting cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

Appearance preference (light/dark theme)

When you choose a light or dark appearance, your preference is stored locally in your browser using “local storage” technology. This is not a cookie: it stays exclusively on your device, is not sent to us or to third parties, and is not used for tracking. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Embedded map (Google Maps)

On the contact page we embed an interactive Google map to help you find us. The map does not load automatically: it is shown as a static preview and loads only when you explicitly choose to open it. Once you load it, Google may place its own cookies, subject to its terms and privacy policy. As long as you do not open the map, no Google cookies are set.

You can find more information in Google’s Privacy Policy.

How to control and delete cookies

You are free to control and/or delete cookies whenever you wish. You can delete any cookies already stored on your computer or device, and you can configure your browser either to warn you about the use of cookies or to refuse them altogether. You can usually find the relevant options in your browser menu, under “Settings – Privacy and security – Cookies and site data”.

For more information about the general use of cookies and the methods of blocking or restricting them, see allaboutcookies.org and cookiepedia.co.uk.

Your rights

You have the right to request information about the processing of your personal data, to access it, and to correct and complete it at any time. You also have the right to request its deletion or to restrict its processing. You can find more information about the protection of your personal data and your rights in our Privacy Policy. For any related request, you can contact us at info@agroq.gr.

This Cookie Policy may be amended at any time. We therefore recommend that you check it regularly. In the event of an amendment, the date on which it took place will be indicated. The applicable Cookie Policy is always the one as amended by the most recent revision.
